The CNC lathes of this series can be used in such demanding industries as motor, aviation, areospace, mining machine, metallurgical machine and other general machines. They are ideally used for machining internal and external cylinder, circula conical surface, end surface, grooving and etc. Standard configuration are equipped with FANUC controlling system, and also MITSUIBISHI, Siemens or other system is optional for customer.

The machine is of high-rigidity cast structure. In which the spindle adopts multi-shifting transmissions or epicyclical gear box transmission. Every speed shift can be easily realized.

For the worktable, thrust bearing with flat seat are equipped or constan-flow hydrostatic guideway on axial direction, while taper ball bearing on the radial direction.

The machine is designed with double-column structure, ensuring high rigidity and perfect performance. The movable cross beam is controlled by disc spring and hydro cylinder. The cross beam could move to the suitable location when machining inorder to reduce the overhanging length of the RAM, ensuring high rigidity of the machine.

One pump per chamber type hydrostatic guideway is used on both cross and RAM, in which the pressure oil is controlled by special hydrostatic pump.

The BT50 tool magazine is a standard compont for the machine. The tool setup is automatically controlled by hydro-cylinder. And also manual tool loading is optional for customer.
